Flow Yoga is a dynamic practice of breath centered postures and movements. The pace of this practice moves quickly building heat within the body, helping you to cultivate stamina, flexibility and strength.
ALL LEVELS offers options to modify or advance your practice and is beginner friendly.
LEVEL 1 - 2 will challenge you with momentum, shorter holds and more intricate transitions and less anatomical cueing.
