Yin Yoga is a mindful opportunity to find your edge, stretch and relax deeply. Through the use of Yin asana, meditation practices, breath awareness and supportive props, you are encouraged to meet the deeper aspects of yourself in body, mind & spirit. Yin poses are sustainably held for 3 to 7 minutes and although these poses are restorative in nature they are not all without their challenges - herein lies the gems of this practice. Let the wisdom and principles of yin yoga transport you to a state of tranquility and meaningful relaxation.
